“So grateful to have found George”
I am so grateful beyond measure to have found George Mandler. I have suffered for many years with chronic digestive issues, extreme constipation, and extreme fatigue that completely interfered with my life and my functioning. Over the last several years I had seen many specialists and had every test imaginable, all of which came back within normal limits. I was offered medications for IBS, all of which had multiple side effects and didn’t fit my situation so I chose not to try them. I had also tried multiple natural remedies and diet modifications to try to feel better and heal to no avail. When I came to see George I was on an extremely high dose of Miralax as well as other herbal laxatives and had extreme fatigue and weakness. I felt like I was dragging myself through my days. Coming to see George was my last try before resigning myself to feeling that way or taking medication which did not in any way seem like the right answer nor did it address the cause of my symptoms. George did a thorough review and evaluation of my health and history. He ordered a very specialized comprehensive food sensitivity test called MRT. The results showed that I have several food sensitivities. George tailored a diet for me based on the results that consisted of eating the foods that the test showed I was nonreactive. Within two weeks of following the diet he gave me, I was symptom free, off all Miralax and laxatives, and had a ton of energy and still do. The diet is very individualized and has phases designed to heal the gut and food sensitivities and prevent further sensitivities. George is so knowledgable about all aspects of nutrition and how particular foods affect your body. He was so helpful with making the diet work and providing counseling and suggestions for it. I couldn’t be more grateful for his expertise and all he has done to help me. His multiple expertise and background in Chinese medicine, acupuncture and nutrition all come together when he evaluates and treats you. His approach is comprehensive and wholistic. He is very systematic in his approach as well as he addressed my food sensitivities first and then also is addressing a genetic methylation MTHFR issue and adrenal issue he identified as well. He is extraordinarily smart and a very kind and sincere practitioner. Because of his expertise and treatment, I have regained my health and in turn life. I am truly blessed and couldn’t be more grateful to George. Getting better has been life changing for me and my family.
