Geisinger’s Outpatient Addiction Medicine treatment centers help you fight substance abuse, including alcohol and opioid use disorder. We offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Buprenorphine (Suboxone®), IM Buprenorphine (Sublocade®) or naltrexone (Vivitrol®) to manage cravings and reduce the risk of overdose.
Intensive case management includes help with housing, transportation, domestic abuse, insurance and legal problems.
Our program is proven to reduce mortality for opioid abuse and help patients improve family relations, keep jobs and avoid legal trouble. Personalized treatment plans are designed to meet each patient’s needs.
