We offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Buprenorphine (Suboxone®), IM Buprenorphine (Sublocade® and Brixadi®) or naltrexone (Vivitrol®) to manage cravings and reduce the risk of overdose. Intensive case management includes help with housing, transportation, domestic abuse, insurance and legal problems.
