Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine’s Central Campus is located on the fourth floor of the Foss building at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa. As the heart of the health system, the hospital is home to more than 2,000 health professionals, award-winning specialty areas and modern facilities providing nearly every type of care. Geisinger Medical Center is the only hospital in the region designated as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and is central Pennsylvania's only Level I trauma center. Central Campus also includes Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, the region’s only children’s hospital, providing the highest level of pediatric care across more than 30 specialties and subspecialties.
