“From start to finish I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr Shannon and his whole staff.”

From the time i made my appointment to my first visit, the staff was great. I did see the Nurse Practioner for my first visit and Ms. Hannah was very pleasant. She explained everything so that I could easily understand. The wait time in the office is about 15 minutes once i had finished all my new patient information. The nursing staff was great! I would recommend Dr, Shannon to my family and friends.

“I can't imagine a better doctor!”

Dr. Shannon is amazing! I checked out a couple of other options first for my procedure and left those consultations feeling anxious and filled with dread. Dr. Shannon came highly recommended by a nurse friend (she should know!) and said reports about his surgery center are consistently very good and that patients always rave about him. Sure enough, he put me right at ease and was extremely reassuring before, during and after the procedure. He sent me home with a full report including pictures and followed up with a detailed letter of findings. I totally trust him and wouldn't go to any other GI doctor!

“Professional, forward thinking, and open - everything you want in a doctor!”

Doctor Shannon took the time to hear my full experience over not only the last two months, but the ongoing issues I've struggled with for nearly a decade. Not only did his advice & instruction sync with research I'd done into my issues - but gave me confidence that my gut health was in excellent hands.

I cannot recommend him enough.

“Dr. Shannon is great.”

Came in with severe abdominal pain. He asked a leading question to gauge how actively I'd respond. His next actions seemed to be based on what he saw along with my responses.
To have him inquire as to what cased the pain, along with my previous history, helped me to know he was attentive to my visit. Just the type of doctor, I like to trust with my health.

My experience with Dr. Shannon and his office was an outstanding one. Dr. Shannon listen to my concerns and offered suggestions. The drive for me was far but I will definitely keep him as my GI doctor.
