“Neck and Back feeling great”

Before my treatment, my neck and back pain were a 8-9/10. Now it is a 0-2/10 (and it's only a two when I'm working doing a lot of bending and lifting at my job at Target. The treatment was smooth, quick and pain free. Dr Koppel did a great job and is second to none.

I was referred to Dr. Koppel over 2 years ago. at first my pain was unbearable, but after being under his care i am feeling much better. He has been so inspiring on my journey to recovery. “The Radiofrequency Ablation worked!”

“Returned to work after 4 years of pain-related disability.”

Dr Koppel had initiated my treatment after a motor vehicle accident left me unable to work for and barely able to move. I had gone from working & going to school full-time to being unable to attend a even a single class reliable and made it impossible to work, sleep, or move normally. When numerous other physicians failed to provide relief through meds or attempted procedures and gave up; Dr Koppel developed a treatment plan and we started investigating other procedures that may help. Even though we didn't find a solution over night Dr. Koppel kept trying to find options and eventually found procedures in my neck and back which allowed enough pain relief to develop a new treatment plan and I was able to slowly return to work and school. Dr Koppel has enabled me to return to work full-time and to finish the bachelors degree that had been missing just two semesters. I've now returned to being a functional member of society thanks to Dr Koppel's expertise, experience and compassion.

I hurt my back and was having a lot of back pain. Dr Koppel did such a good job with me. I work in construction and was unsure if I'd be able to ever work again. He did this treatment called a decompression (he went into my disk with a needle), and now I feel great! Dr Koppel is such a great doctor and has such a wonderful bed side manner. Dr Koppel did great treatment on my back. I wasn't able to do anything, my daily activities, sports, and sitting at work all day long was killing me. I underwent a few treatments, including this Radiofrequency Ablation-he says it's "burning of the nerves". My back pain is now 80% better and I am so much happier. He takes the time to figure out the problem and gets great results.

“Therapy was all I needed”

“Pain is almost gone!”

I was referred to Dr Koppel in January after a car accident. My pain was really bad, affecting my work, and sleep. It didn't improve at all with months of therapy. I was skeptical that Dr Koppel could help my foot pain as he has with my back pain. But he did! After foot surgery, I was having severe pain on the bottom of my foot. I was referred to Dr Koppel after an accident. Medication didn't help, and therapy did help. I was hesitant about undergoing an injection, and am so surprised how good I feel. “No more pain medications!”

After my car accident I was having severe back pain. I was taking pain medications and NOTHING eased the pain. After many sleepless nights I finally decided to go for a consult with Doctor Koppel. “No neck pain, even with previous neck surgery!”

I was referred to Dr Koppel after an accident. I have had previous neck surgery, and was extremely concerned I would need it again. He tool great time and care to determine that another of the disks in my neck were injured. But instead of surgery, he did a laser treatment through a needle, no incision! I'm feeling 90% better. It is amazing. I don't think I could have gotten to this point with anyone else!!

“Returned to FT work after 4 years of disability thanks to Dr Koppel”

Dr Koppel gave me my life back. While I still feel pain from congenital spinal conditions and damage from a car accident; Dr Koppel helped me return to work Full-Time and finish my college degree after being unable to work and barely function at all for years. If one treatment doesn't work he will work with you to find a treatment that will help and doesn't give up. He's been willing to help treat severe pain when other doctors couldn't help at all. I've had neck since since an accident in October. Therapy didn't help at all. The pain was getting worse and worse. I was referred to Dr Koppel in March. I first had a joint injections (called a facet block), and then radiofrequency ablation. He says it's "burning of the nerves". I don't care what you call it, it worked great! My neck pain is gone. I had been suffering from neck and back pain since April, after an accident. I was finally referred to Dr Koppel in August. I wish I had seen him sooner, because now the pain is gone after one treatment in each. Doc is the best!

“Dr Koppel is great”

I have been treating with Dr Koppel for some time. I had a lumbar fusion. I was having severe pain. He put in a spinal stimulator (a device in my back to alleviate the pain), and with that my pain is a 2/10. I just got back from the Bahamas and was able to do everything I wanted. Dr Koppel gave me my life back.

I saw Dr Koppel in his Elizabeth. He is very personable and takes the time to explain the treatment. I was nervous but very glad I had it, because I am feeling so much better. I took my mother to see Dr Koppel. She is 79 years old and has had sharp pain for years. He trialed and then permanently placed a stimulator in her spine. The results were remarkable. She says she hasn't felt this good in 10 years! It is amazing. Dr Koppel is amazing!

“75% better after one treatment”

Wow, my back pain was so bad. It was a 9/10 and now it is a 2-3/10 after one treatment with Dr Koppel. It was quick, painless and I felt wonderful the next day. Now I can work, bend and lifting, which I couldn't do before. Dr Koppel takes the time to find the problem and he has great hands. I really thank him so much for making me better.

“Had lumbar decompression, feel better”

I was diagnosed with a disk herniation in my lower back. Nothing helped. I went to Dr Koppel and he did the decompression. There was no incision! I am feeling much better and so glad I had it done. “Back Feels Amazing”

Before starting treatment with Dr Koppel, it took me over an hour just to get my back to feel better in the morning in order to start getting ready for work. He performed what he calls a rhizotomy on my back, and now I'm pretty much pain free. It is amazing and great to be able to get up in the morning with out pain. I am now working three jobs, which I love to do, without any problems. I owe this all to Dr Koppel. Great doctor.
