Fundación UMC de México, IASP is a cross-border nonprofit organization that connects low-income Mexican children with life-changing pediatric orthopedic care. As the sister foundation to the University Medical Center Foundation of El Paso, it operates out of downtown El Paso, Texas, while running vital medical programs in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. The organization hosts local evaluation clinics to treat complex congenital conditions like clubfoot and hip dysplasia, coordinating surgical interventions across both sides of the border. Beyond specialized healthcare, the foundation organizes community outreach initiatives, providing essential food, toys, and supplies to vulnerable indigenous populations in northern Mexico.
