Today was my first appointment with Dr. Caldwell. I came in for a consultation and am happy to say I will be back. The woman at the front desk, Kathy, is so warm, funny and friendly. Sharron is also very nice, funny and professional. Everyone in the office made me feel at ease.
Dr. Caldwell performed my exam, discusses a preliminary treatment plan to me and made sure she answered any questions I had. I'm looking forward to being a new patient and will also refer my family and friends. :)

Personalities were effervescent. Great small talk. I expressed my nervousness and my anxieties being in the dentist office. They reassured me that that they will be sensitive to my anxieties.
