“Poor Excuse for a Doctor”
Went to him for mandatory IME for worker's comp injury. He did not accurately read reports of tests done. He spent less than 10 minutes "examining" me and his report concluded I did not have a workplace injury. My claim was denied although I am injured and have constant back pain. His report contained errors and an inaccurate description as to how I told him the injury happened. The injury was witnessed. His entire practice consists of doing these IME's so that a worker's claim is denied. My treating physician subsequently told me he had to go by his report no matter what I said about still having pain and being unable to work. Worker's Comp denied me to be seen by a real orthopedic specialist. I have lost medical care and wages now. Therefore I either go back to work and try to work in bad pain, or be fired. No win situation.
