“Insightful and caring therapist”
Freda Vittone helped me through the most difficult time in my life. My self-esteem was at an all time low, I was deeply depressed, experiencing anxiety attacks and felt completely worthless. I felt increasingly positive and stronger after each session; she literally saved my life, I can not begin to thank her enough. I never thought that I could talk to anyone about my problems, let alone a stranger. She quickly helped me discover the roots of my anxieties and depression and brought me back to a place where I now feel secure, happy and productive.
