“Not at all happy with Dr. Rossi”
Glasses were not good, I told him I followed his instructions and they still were not good then he gave me a second pair, however these were paid for by my insurance to relieve the problem, and they still were not good, I called him a few times and would not respond to me or accept a return, when I saw him originally to the glasses he said" I was in the middle of a prescription, if he could not customize glasses for me or if I was a difficult case, he never owned up to it .
