“I actually experienced a lack of professionalism”
I had been seeing an Optometrist for about 2 years regarding my eyes struggling to focus at the same time. It almost felt similar to tunnel vision (not vertigo). On my last visit I was treated horribly. The optometrist Joanne Bachman, OD, treated me like was crazy. Then insult to injury, the assistant had the nerve to walk by me and in a low tone for me to hear she said, “Looks like you have no problem reading your phone”. Shall I I’ll hold my tongue? If this is how you want to be treated and milked, you’ll leave with your wits at an end. I went somewhere else and they diagnosed my issue during the first visit. I guess she was milking the cow.$$
