The Franciscan Diabetes & Nutrition Associates is a team comprised of award-winning certified diabetes educators and registered dietitians. Through one-on-one consultations and group classes, the team focuses on helping meet health goals in partnership with the patient and care team. Our unique clinic includes a nutrition center and accredited diabetes education program, so we can help patients with a variety of diagnoses and treatment plan needs.
