“Glad I Found Him!”
I found Dr. Ford by accident after breaking a tooth two days before Christmas about two years ago. He was in the dental plan I had at the time and was willing to fit me in the next day (I phoned late afternoon). This was much better than the response I had from two other dentists in the area.
While discussing the broken tooth, I also asked about a possible bridge for a tooth pulled a few years earlier. He explained my options and their pros/cons. He did not try to sell me anything, allowing me to decide.
He does EXCELLENT work - NO PAIN, not even the novacaine shots. He explains what he will do and again while doing it. His assistant also explains her work so you know exactly what's going on in your moutn.
His office manager, Cora, is VERY proactive - she anticipates insurance questions/issues/problems and heads them off.
I cannot say enough about how glad I am to have this practice - one that does not try to sell me things I neither need nor want, but one that does an excellent job on what I do need.
