I started going to Dr. Simonak when I experienced long-term sciatic nerve pain which ended up with having to have a lumbar fusion. Throughout this journey, Dr. Simonak made sure I got to good surgeons and he and his staff were VERY supportive and helped me celebrate my milestones in recovery. I highly recommend him.
