“Loved Dr. Grapin, office staff provides poor customer service”
As a patient of Dr. Grapin for over three years, I have developed a trusted relationship. My most recent visit was awful due to the unwarranted disrespect of Denise, a staff member. After having to visit the office twice due to insurance issues, not be treated and disrespected, was unacceptable. She was rude (speaking over the receptionist) & inserted herself in a matter that did not involve her. Unfortunately, my relationship w/my doctor has been ruined by a staff member. I will never return.
