Dr Austin and staff are very friendly, reassuring and professional. I have been to two other dentists in the past 14 years and would not let either of them replace the crown that they both wanted to replace due to "possible decay under the crown". My reluctance to replace it came from loosing two other teeth due to dental work that didn't really need to be done. Dr Austin took a lot of care in explaining the procedure and showed me, in detail, why the trauma to the tooth would be minimized and why it would be better to have the crown replaced. He increased my confidence level so I had the work done. I now have a new crown and peace of mind. Thanks for taking the time to educate me!
