Summary

Faith Health provides physical, occupational, speech therapy, and sports medicine at the highest possible level. We consider it both an honor and a privilege to assist dedicated physicians in the treatment of individual therapy needs. Rehabilitation Therapies by design is part of a full-service hospital that enhances continuity of care across a wide variety of environments. You will benefit from our ability to schedule multiple therapies, have state-of-the-art equipment immediately available, and work with highly trained therapists.


 


Our occupational therapists and occupational therapist assistants work with people of all ages who, because of physical, developmental, social or emotional problems, need specialized assistance to lead independent, productive and satisfying lives.


 


We also have a fully equipped physical therapy clinic that specializes in the rehabilitation of a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including but not limited to: Spine, Sports Medicine, Post-Surgical, Repetitive Stress Injuries, Pain Management, Work-related injuries, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Amputations, Spinal Cord Injuries, and Balance Impairments.


 


Our Speech/Language Pathologists work with children and adults with speech, language, swallowing and hearing problems. They work on developing a person's speaking, listening, reading, memory, writing or swallowing skills. Each person's program is designed to meet their specific needs.
