“I am a recurring patient of Dr. Bond and owe my eyesight to him!”
Earlier this year Dr. Bond and I were watching my eyes for a Retina tear. I went in several times just to have him check my eyes when floaters appeared or severe flashing lights. When my right eye Retina tore in two places, I had been well versed by Dr. Bond and knew I was in trouble. I drove myself to his office with my one good eye and Dr. Bond upon seeing me immediately called the Retina Specialist in on a day off to try to save my eye. I of course was hustled off to the Retina center and went through one outpatient surgery for one tear, and was sent to the hospital for the second surgery for the tear at the back of my eye. The surgery was a great success, and my eye was saved thanks to the efforts of Dr. Bond especially and my Retina Doctor.
I went back to Dr. Bond today to talk about surgery for my cataract that we knew would form from the healing gas bubble placed in my eye to keep the retina stitching in place. Dr. Bond saw me without charging me, and is calling the best surgeon to take the cataract off.
I can say without reservation that Dr. Bond always keeps me informed about the health of my eye, my choices. I will finally get to go back for new glasses after this next surgery, and look forward to spending some money finally on my favorite doctor!
