Through an interpersonal psychodynamic approach, I provide a safe environment to do therapeutic work with vulnerable issues.
Using methods, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic awareness, and psychodynamic integrative techniques, I help clients remove emotional roadblocks, improve communication skills, and cultivate a sense of empowerment. I regularly work with adolescent and adult individuals, couples, and families dealing with traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, and communication issues.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#91090) with a Masters of the Arts in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Conflict and Interpersonal Trauma from Antioch University. I am a Certified Anger Management Facilitator (CAMF) and Systematic Training for Effective Parenting Instructor (STEP).
