“Purchased hearing aid from Dr. Smith”

I first met Enid Smith when I visited a local audiological office. Since then she has opened herown practice and I purchased my hearing aid through her. She is very flexible, offers great deals - I saved 25% - and gave me excellent guarantees. It'seasy to make appointments and she responds to any situation very rapidly. I would recommend her highly.

“Considers giving hearing tests as charity because of insurance reimbursement.”

I was initially very impressed with Dr. Smith 1.5 years ago. Now when I asked for a followup hearing test she said she considers that charity because of the limited insurance reimbursement. Why would I consider buying a hearing aid from her if her attitude is so unprofessional?
