Summary
The main objectives of the DART Lab is to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of children and adolescents suffering from chronic pain, mental health, and substance use problems. We aim to understand how our pediatric patient's genetic vulnerabilities, psychological characteristics, and behaviors interact with social and environmental factors to shape trajectories of pediatric health and the effect of interventions. Our goal is to do that in an innovative and creative way: by taking our research and treatment out of the clinic and into our patients' daily lives.
