“no more back pain after 3 visits”

i have back pain for over a year. My friend brought me to see Dr. Lyo for PT last week. It was so amazing that my back pain goes away right after the treatment. And after 3 visits, i feel like I am now pain free and back to normal life.

“Great Experience”

While coming to Physical Therapy, Dr. Lyo was able to identify the problem I have, he also noticed my mother's issues as well. While in session Dr. Lyo tells great jokes and listens to patients with what they have to say. He knows exactly what exercises to do that corresponde with the issue.

“Helping my arm pain”

Dr. Lyo has been very helpful with rehabilitating my arm pain. From a thorough first assessment and now a few sessions into treatment, I'm seeing some relief from a year old pain. It's been easy to set up appointments around my schedule. Definitely recommend!

“attentive and very accomodating.”

I've tried other therapy sites, due to my lower back injury creating a bad pain and siatica. It was always like going to a over sized classroom with a in attentive teacher. But my experience with Dr. Lyo has been very helpful and worth the commute. They make you feel comfortable and actually pay attention to your needs, my back has been so much better since coming to EPT. I just wish i knew about them earlier in my injury. They design a program that works for you. They are just awesome.

“The only place to go to for Physical Therapy in Queens”

I haven't had much experience with Physical Therapy centers but, Energize Physical Therapy clearly shows that there is a night and day difference between this therapy centers and the ones around it. Both of the Physical Therapists are caring, they really listen to your needs and provide the best quality of service. I initially believed that it would take at least a couple months of therapy to get over the pain. However, I'm already feeling healed after just 6 sessions with the therapist.

“Need PT? Look no further.”

Dr. Lyo has gone beyond my expectations in every aspect. When I walked in he greeted me warmly and welcomed me like family. He took me over to a private room where I was able to tell him in confidence what my condition was. He listened carefully then explained how my condition occurred. He laid out a treatment plan specifically designed for me and during each step of the process he explained exactly what he was doing. Best decision I've made in terms of my health!

“Worth the trip from Manhattan”

I come to this place even though it's one hour each way because they are just that good. They have helped me out a lot when my muscles are aching.

I have chronic joint pain in my hip. Every time I go home after PT now it feels better. What more can you ask for than that? If you have any pain seriously just GO. I tell everyone.

Staff are very nice and engaging and the place has a fun and easygoing vibe. They teach you how to do the exercises.

“Love this place!”

I have been seeing doctors Lyo and Mak for about a week now for an injury with my knee. They are both fabulous doctors- knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and both provide a personal touch. I look forward to my sessions each time, am seen right away, and I feel that they really care for their patients. I can't speak highly enough about this office.
