I had to drive over from Central Oregon, anxious as usual the potential "root canal"..I was a returning patient from years ago remembering the good care I had received previously. I got Deanna on the phone, she remembered me from 9 years previous and immediately put me at ease on top of juggling my travel needs. I met Dr Vaughan after arrival and he listened to all my needs carefully and gave me the most TLC and talked to me throughout the procedure, as well as his assistant, Paul.

Very compassionate. Office was very comfortable and efficient. Front office was very welcoming and put me at ease on the phone and was very welcoming when I arrived a nervous wreck. You can tell the staff up front has been here a long time and put me at ease. Dr. Yatsushiro and his assistant were very sincere and explained everything and I never felt one single thing! I wonder now why I had so much anxiety prior to my appointment. I wished this was my office for all my dental work.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent care of my wife Jean K., 11/11/2016. We were leaving on a short trip and your front office staff, Deanna was kind enough to get her right in to see you. We were concerned with her flying and your staff and yourself belayed that concern.
In addition, you explained to Jean how to handle the ibuprofen for the several days after the procedure and all went fine! It was truly amazing to me the extreme difference it makes in going to a specialist!!

Was recommended to Dr. Vaughan through my dentist. Was not disappointed in any way. The office staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable with working with my insurance. Dr. Vaughan explained the procedure I would have to have at my pre-appointment and followed this by continuing to explain throughout the entire process. He was warm and forthcoming. This dentist is so kind and sincere. He listens intently and went over all my medical history, which is extensive. Through the procedure he would check in on me and make sure I felt nothing and I didn't. So great. Office Staff throughout are perfect at what they all do and is warm and welcoming. No one wants the dreaded root canal, but this was easier than getting a crown done or the like. And I am a phobic!

This place is really amazing. I was greeted warmly by Deanna. I was so nervous and she put me right at ease. The office was comfortable and welcoming. Then I got to meet my assistant and she was friendly and quick to get my questions and xrays completed. Then I got to meet Dr Jon. So graceful and so patient, he is so gentle and kind. He has a true tender way which is genuine and has a sincere way to proceed with this making the dreaded root canal something like NOTHING...I am so lucky.
