“Excellent Endodontic. I would recommend him.”

What an experience. This was my first root canal experience. I would recommend Dr. Raaed Batniji to anyone who needs a root canal. He is so gentle and very caring of his patients. He has an excellent staff.

Judy, is an excellent, Office Manager, very caring, personal. I would recommend any doctor's office manager to meet with Judy to have her skills.

“Great experience”

I had a great overall experience at this practice. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. I was seen immediately and was in and out very quickly having a x-rays, examination and root canal completed! Dr. Chen did an awesome job at explaining everything, as well as making me feel at ease. The procedure was painless, and I am happy it is over with. I highly recommend this practice!

“Great experience!”

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, I've had bad experiences, trouble getting numb, rude dentists, you name it. I finally found a general dentist I love but when he referred me to Dr. Batniji for a complicated root canal, I was very nervous. Thankfully this experience has been wonderful! The office staff is so pleasant, the doctor was so kind and patient, he explained everything to me as he was going and made me feel so comfortable. I had a completely pain and anxiety free first visit, and when I had trouble getting numb on my 2nd visit, he was so nice and patient and resolved my problem immediately. He even gave me an after hours number in case of any problems after numbness wears off. If you are worried about who to go to, go to him he is great!

Both staff and doctor very patient and explained everything thoroughly. Listened to patient's needs. For example claustrophobic patient and was calm and patient with need of stopping and continuing as needed. Great staff that also is patient.

“Excellent Customer Service”

For someone who is severely afraid of dentists, Dr. Batniji was very patient and understanding. He was quick and precise, explaining in great detail, the whole procedure while it was occurring.

Not only was Dr. Batniji was excellent, but the front desk service was also excelling. Sandra took the time to explain, especially the several calls we have made, of what was to occur with the billing, so we did not get any surprises.
