i have been a patient of dr. j.chakote and the empire medical team since 2004.. i find tem to be professional,caring and above all courteous.. i completely trust dr.chakote and her advice when a medical question or procedure i need is discussed. i also admire her honesty in any medical situation. i have and will continue to recommend her and the entire empire medical staff to persons i know who seek excellent medical care.
