“Great Experience from Diagnosis, Scheduling to Surgery Results”

Experience with Dr. Jones as well as my experience with the VA Hospital as a whole has been exceptional. Really appreciated the post surgery follow-up, great explanation of the surgical procedure, how it was done and how the surgery went. Experience great results from the surgery.

“Very Pleased and Professional”

I came to Dr. Jones as a second opinion after not agreeing with a rather unpersonable surgeon. Dr. Jones listened to my concerns, asked in depth questions regarding my health related to the reason for the general surgery consultation. He was courteous and Professional in explaining pre and post instructions. He accommodated me with a scheduled surgery date he did not have openings for that I tried to request; later that week I received a phone call from the office stating he was able to do it on the preferred day of my choice. Very impressed and please, minimal scarring is also a plus!

“Dr Jones is very patient and kind.”

I needed to have my gallbladder removed and Dr Jones was my surgeon. He explain the procedure in detail to me. Being nervous I asked many questions and he was patient and kind and very detailed in answering them. It is evident he truly cares for his patients. Instead of feeling like just another procedure, Dr Jones made me feel he was going to do his very best to make me feel better and assured me I would. We need more surgeons who truly care for their patients like Dr Jones.

“After 28 years of suffering I am healed.”

Dr.Jones had a game plan from the first day I met him on how he would
go about with fixing me, before I met him the only thing I had was different
medications that didn't work. Now I am healed and no medication is required.

“Dr Jones is very patient and kind.”

I needed to have a dual hernia repair and Dr Jones was my surgeon. She explain the procedure in great detail to me. Being nervous I asked many questions and she was patient and kind and very detailed in answering them. It is evident she truly cares for her patients. Instead of feeling like just another procedure, Dr Jones made me feel she was going to do her very best to make me feel better and assured me I would. After surgery she came to talk with me and shared how everything went. She also followed up with a call to me to see how I was doing after several days had passed. Dr Jones is a very caring surgeon who's made a difference in my life an health. We need more surgeons like Dr Jones who truly acre for their patients.
