The only negative that I can think of regarding this experience was the fact that we had to fill out numerous pages of paperwork for the new computer system they are on at this office when we filled out the exact same information just six months ago. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the doctors professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and helpfulness. And that goes for the staff as well.

My experience was great. The front desk staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Snyder is very kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns. His treatment worked and I do not have any more ear pain. Nicole his assistant is nice and efficient.
