“Lifesaving”

I had a long term undiagnosed problem with asthma that Dr Paul got to the bottom of and got me the relief I needed. I was at the point of periodic ER visits. Many other Dr's just threw steroids at the problem. But she worked though it to find a more maintainable solution. I would recommend to anyone!

The physician was attentive to my problem, spent a reasonable amount of time to diagnose the issue. Upon completion of the initial exam he prescibed medication which was swiftly sent to my drug store. I followed his advise and the problem subsided for now, follow-up in 2 days. Ver satisfied with the whole procedure.

Just in for a periodic cleaning needed by extensive swimming. My left ear in particular has been problematic over the years with a narrow ear canal.
The Dr listened to my concerns and performed the necessary procedures with no discomfort or pain.
The best ENT that I have seen. Over the years.

“The office runs efficiently, and the staff members are friendly and kind.”

I'm so grateful to Dr. Greenfield for cleaning my ears!

He was patient, gentle, and skillful. Sometimes, I feel discomfort from the vacuum probe. But with Dr. Greenfield, I was totally at ease.

I also appreciated that he was friendly. Moreover, he encouraged me to continue my home maintenance of using hydrogen peroxide every few weeks.

Plus, when he finished the procedure, he asked if I needed help exiting the chair. Since I'm disabled, I was quite moved by his kindness.

The entire experience with Dr. Greenfield was wonderful! I hope he stays with the practice for a long time.

“I was listened to and caed for with professionalism.”

From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience with the office and the provider. When making an appointment, the person I spoke to went out of her way to find me an appointment in a shorter time frame because I was going on vacation and did not want to have an ear issue on the plane.

I was able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time so I waited a fairly short amount of time in the waiting room.

I was taken in and seen by the doctor who listened to me carefully, and then asked me some questions and did an examination of my ears. He then treated my issue and sent me in for a hearing test. The doctor then went over everything with me and went over my after care plan.

I had a great experience and will recommend the office to anyone in need.

Haven’t been to Dr Greenfield in a few years mostly due to pandemic. Somethings don’t change, he listens to you, explains things thoroughly to you, and makes you feel comfortable with treatment and not rushed.

Hearing Aides will help me. He also said I should get an MRI to make sure there is no nerve damage because I hear better out of one ear more than the other.

My provider was very nice , and attentive. I made the appointment by accident thinking it was a different ENT I previously went to and hated! So when I got there to realize I wasn’t at the same facility I was relieved just hoping I didn’t get a bad experience like the other doctor. And to my surprise my doctor was lovely, and he wasn’t so rough on the body that was in pain. He also took his time. A very good experience I recommend !

“Dr Greenfield was fine, but the people at the front desk were a mess.”

I was told to come in 15 min early of my appt to fill out registration. I came in 22 minutes early and was told I’m too early and that I need to leave and come back. Ridiculous. I come back and fill out forms and wait and wait. Meanwhile there are other patients who come in and have to argue with staff. After waiting 30 min passed my appt time I ask how much longer and the women looks toward the back and says, “oh, room’s free”. I get sent in about 5 min later. Doctor was fine and person doing hearing test were fine. I did tell Greenfield of my experience. He thanked me for the info. Leaving, I stop at desk for my paperwork and info on Garden City office. They can’t find it. It’s now 12:40. I’m late for another appt. I tell them that. They just look at me. I tell them to just give me my paperwork and I’ll look up info on GC office. Before I left I did tell the people at the desk that they were totally unprofessional and a mess. I will never go back to that office. 1 1/2 hrs-nuts!

“I went in very worried looking for a small miracle, and got a doctor that was more than up for the task!!!”

The nurse was very attentive to my concerns and did a very good job in documenting and relaying them. Dr. Alice was very thorough in her assessment of me. She calmed my nerves by letting me know she will fully be there to help me heal all the way, but I have to do the work. I like that she was direct but compassionate! She listened to my concerns as well and was able to tell me why I was having my issue. She was even more thorough in explaining exactly how we are going to tackle it!!! With very specific instructions! I left the clinical room feeling confident. The staff at the desk was very welcoming, patient and kind! Overall you can’t have a better experience! The wait was comfortable and not long. I am actually eager to follow the instructions to the T to be a good team player with Dr. Alice!!! Such good vibes
