Dr. Azodi was amazing. He kindly and warmly introduced himself, asked what my issue was (fullness / clogged ears) and quickly told me what he would do before operating. The only concern that I had with this office was that staff let another patient pull down her face mask all the way while speaking with the staff person about questions on the tablet. This patient stated that she had a bad cough and she was seated directly across from me. I had to ask the staff person to ask the patient to pull up her face mask. Later that evening at home I came down with a bad head cold with sneezing & runny nose but I did not have any of these symptoms beforehand.
