“Drop the mask mandate!”

They still ask you to put masks in the office and take your temperature to see if you have a fever as if this was March 2020. That being said, the doctor is knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him.

“DROP OUTDATED COVID REQUIREMENTS”

I had a great experience with the doctor himself however the office still has a practice of covid protocols from close to 4 years ago when the pandemic has been declared over even by the president of the United states. Upon arriving before we can see the doctor we have to get our temperature taken parade on top of that when we're filling out our patient information on the tablet, we have to write it we've been in close contact with anyone who had covid symptoms traveled out of the country etc. This is really outdated and insulting that we have to be treated like kids. We are not in a communist country and the pandemic has pastors. If the doctor wants to wear a mask and definitely and check his temperature that is his right but please don't impose it on us. There's even a sign by the desk that says there is a "no handshake policy". Are you kidding me? Please amend your policies to reflect the current times.

He provided me so much clarity to my concerns which allowed me to leave his office feeling so much better. Dr, Westreich has definitely gained a new patient.

I could not be more pleased with my experience & interaction with Dr.
Ratika Gupta. She is knowledgeable, attentive, kind & warm. I had been undiagnosed for 6 months & at my first visit with Dr. Ratika Gupta, she was able to give me direction & information by just looking at me. We were able to diagnose the issue & purse the proper method of treatment. She is willing to listen & work together. I would recommend Dr. Ratika Gupta very highly. She is simply amazing!

My provider listened to everything I had to say. He gave me the right drops to cure my ear infection. After suffering for a few weeks I felt great right after my first visit. Very gentle.
