Patients with Medicare Part B are eligible for an annual wellness visit with a trained Medicare wellness nurse, covered by their plan. Together, you will review your health history, discuss care you are receiving from other providers, review your medications and establish a comprehensive care plan, including recommended screenings and preventative services.
