At ECU Health General Pediatrics, we recognize that nothing is more important to a parent than the health and well-being of their child. That’s why we take the time to listen and work with you to create a care plan designed with your child and your family in mind.

Our available services include:

• Pediatric well visits – immunizations, development screening, lead screenings, school and sports physicals, hearing and vision screenings, and Reach Out and Read


• Pediatric sick visits – urgent, same-day appointments

After hours acute care

In addition to care provided during regular business hours, we offer after-hours care for established patients. Providers are available every Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 6 - 9 p.m. Please call 252-744-2335 to make an appointment.

Pharmacy services right where you need them

For added convenience during your visit, our building also features an on‑site pharmacy—making it easy to see your child’s provider and pick up prescriptions and over‑the‑counter medications all at once. With over‑the‑counter products priced lower than most retail pharmacies and a dedicated team focused on personalized care, you’ll have expert support to navigate insurance benefits, manage side effects, and avoid potential drug interactions. ECU state employees can even enjoy free prescription delivery directly to campus.
