Dr. Ratter extracted my wisdom and was so gentle and caring the entire time. His assistant Lanier was so pleasant as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my oral care. Thanks Dr. Rattner!

I have been seeing Dr. Rattner for almost 10 years. He takes the time to ask questions, provide options and check on you. Communication is available in spoken English and ASL. The office staff ALL sign, speak English & some know Spanish. Easy to communicate & feel safe in their care.

On my last appointment, Dr. Kim explained her suspicion that I have a cavity that needed to be filled. Today she showed me images so I knew her plan for the filling. I really love how she clearly answered all my questions and explained the steps from start to finish. She was very focused on my comfort, and responded immediately when I felt a little pain. She thanked me for my patience with the long procedure because she had to numb my tooth twice. I left feeling a little numb but with no pain at all and look forward to seeing Dr, Kim next time.

Dr. Rattner goes the extra 10 mile (for me) to make me feel safe and secure in getting all the necessary treatment I need. Any Insurance I get, NO MATTER the cost I make certain that Dr. Rattner is in my Plan. He's the best in the business. He even takes care of my 2 children... from little ones to now adults. He's Awesome.
