“Lost trust”
I completely lost trust this week when my daughters tooth cracked the day after seeing Dr. Crawford and being told she had no cavities. The new dentist and endodontist said she had a large deep cavity that had been "brewing for months". It is upsetting that a 16 year old who had office visits every 6 months for 13 years ended up with a root canal and will need restoration with bonding and a crown. The new dentist also found 3 more cavities and missing sealants that Dr. Crawford missed only 2 days before.
