“Disc pain is gone!”
I have been suffering with two herniated and one bulging disc off and on for years! I have tried injections, physical therapy, massage, core training and other therapies. The only technique that actually stabilized and then significantly reduced my disc discomfort, including pain, numbness, spasm, lack of mobility and decreased function, was directional non force technique. I highly suggest that anyone who suffers seriously with arthritis and disc degeneration see Dr. Sharon Berkowitz. She is the one professional and the only chiropractor that has ever addressed the cores issues of my problem effectively!
