“Unskilled and Unprofessional”
Not a good therapist. Nervous and high strung; easily angered. Behaved in ways that are unethical and unprofessional. Decided for me what my treatment goals were to be, and refused to listen to my actual goals for myself. Raised her voice at me when I tried to give her my input. Dr. Dixon lied to me, and blamed me for her inability to understand what I was saying. Spent a-lot of time just staring off into space. Claimed experience that she clearly does not have. Terminated me over the phone without providing appropriate referrals for continuing therapy with another therapist, and refused a final session for the sake of closure. A very strange and hurtful experience.
