“Dr Tobar and office staff”
My husband has been a patient of Dr. Tobar for 7 years since his major heart attack in 2011. I recently changed from a PPO to HMO insurance. I checked with my insurance carrier who had him listed as a participant in an my insurance's HMO. Now when speaking with the office staff they said they don't take HMO clients and will no longer take my husband as a client. This is after his heart attack, several stents, a stroke and a quadruple bypass. Dr. Tobar and his staff are heartless and selfish.
