“Not happy, will not return”
I though Dr Jamel was going to do my procedure. Talk to staff a couple of times, I had heard he was a good doc. So I felt OK with it. When I went to the surgery center, they said a different doc. I replied how's that. My doc is Dr Jamel. I was told he was an associate but was very good. If I had known I would of made other arrangements. When I woke up, I was in a lot of pain. The surgery center nurse, said it was ok to leave. If the pain gets to bad, just go the the hospital. I was in pain for 4 days. Not a happy camper. Called Dr Jamel's office, talked to Michelle, office manager. Asked if I could speak to the doctor how did the procedure. She said she would read my chart. Then said you don't need to come into the office for a follow up. Was she qualified to make that decision. A manager. Very unprofessional. That she would fax records to my doc.
Never even saw this Dr Jamel. He will not get my business in the future.
