“Rude staff, appalling experience ”
Aside from being hung up on by their answering service because their doors were locked at the time I was told to be there, aside from the snippy receptionist refusing to give me the paperwork I needed to fill out as a new patient, and apart from waiting to be called only to find I needed to go up and announce I was ready to be seen the worst part of this experience was being accosted by a "patient" while trying to check in (this violent person, who they claim is a patient, promptly left screaming very disparaging words). The only person who offered any kind of comfort was another patient! When I explained my terrifying experience to the Dr. she empathetically told me administration was to blame. I have yet to hear from administration per my request. I'm not holding my breath.
