Today, as always, was a good experience. I have never been kept waiting for an unreasonable period of time. All staff front and back counter have been consistently professional and courteous. I truly expected to have a horrible experience with "Adult Braces" and I can honestly say I was wrong. If I had to say that anything was unpleasant, it was only the "spreader" on the initial visit, which is part of the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Lili's office to anyone.

I received my service by Dr. Kan at the Santa Ana location. I just went in for a regular check up and was instructed on how to place my rubber band. The staff is pretty nice there are a few that stand out the most that seem to be more genuinely nice than others. I had some concerns because my lip was ripping due to my braces but Dr. Kan assured me that it would go away. I like how nice the people who actually do the work on you are because they make you feel comfortable I think that is one of the best qualities they have although some do need to be a little more cheerful.
