One of the things that impressed me most about her input was the level of expertise. Kristina clearly has a deep understanding of mental health issues and is skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques. But what really stood out to me was her ability to explain complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand and apply to my own life. She took the time to listen to my concerns, validated my feelings, and provided concrete strategies for managing my symptoms.
