I had needed extensive work and Dr. Barney and his wonderful staff gave me options and allowed me to choose what I felt worked best for me. Dr. Barney was so gentle and the work was excellent. I would describe all of them as kind, gentle and excellent at what they do! Now I know why he has such an wonderful reputation.

I've always had a major fear of dentists and their needles and drills. Hated having anything done to my mouth. Luckily when I needed a dentist, I found Dr. Barney. He was kind, gentle, patient, and most of all I felt no pain. Unlike most offices that herd you through like cattle, Dr. Barney sees one patient at a time. He spends all his time with you and I have never felt rushed. He is up to date with the latest technology and provides the best care. His staff is amazing. Loretta, the receptionist, is the most pleasant and happy person I have ever met. I've never seen her not smiling. She greets you as you walk in and you feel at home. Sonie, Dr. Barney's assistant, is very gentle, kind and caring. She helps calm you before the work begins. My husband and I hope he never leave until we don't need to see a dentist any more.

Our experience so far has been wonderful at Dr. Barney's office. (we are not at the post opt yet, so cannot rate that) My husband and I are from PA, (40 miles one way) no one local was able to help or had the experience to help/treat my husband, and then we found Dr. Barney. My husband was in so much pain, could not eat, sleep, talk. Lost over 30 lbs, it has been awful. Everyone here has been so nice and truly caring. Dr. Barney and Soni have treated my husband as part of the family in his care and road to recovery and have the experience and knowledge to treat his jaw condition. I am so happy we found them. Loreta has been wonderful, making us feel special every time we walk in or call. She has listened to me and my concerns while I wait, she is a true "people person", always making you feel at home. Everyone here talks to you, truly TALKS to you. Dr. Barney talks to and explains things to you, him and Soni both, explained our process and made sure we understood what our next step is.

“Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff”

The experience starts as you enter the office. Loreta is very friendly and helpful, always willing to help with insurance inquiries and very persistent with the insurance companies, to help get results. Although I think the price of the services are expensive - the staff is very patient, and thorough. All in all, I am pleased with my experiences with this provider.
