As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a variety of techniques, in a safe, warm, and caring environment, to help individuals and families to overcome difficult challenges and achieve the change and growth they desire. Working together as a team I can help you to gain insight and problem-solving skills. My specialty is helping people overcome childhood pain, abuse, and trauma. In general, I can help you with depression & anxiety, crisis intervention, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, dissociative disorders (including DID/Multiple Personality Disorder), communication skills, relationship issues, parenting, self-esteem, and personal and spiritual growth.

Dr. Jamie is the best therapist I have ever worked with! She is perceptive, insightful, and on target. She has put in plenty of extra time with me, is easy to contact, and works hard to make sure I get what I need.

“Open, honest, and very helpful”

My experience with Dr. Kirkpatrick has been a very positive one. I found her to be empathetic, honest, and enthusiastic with me. She gave me hope when I could not find hope within myself. She is approachable and easy to talk to.
I would recommend her as a very empathetic and wise therapist.
