“ Careless”
I asked if they took Nevada Pacific Dental & Metlife, Brenda at the front desk said they did. On February 6, 2008 I had a routine cleaning & Dr. Hart said I needed 2 crowns replaced. I had the work done & that day I went home with 2 temporary crowns. At check out Brenda told me that they did not accept Nevada Pacific Dental & that Metlife only covered 30%. I picked this dentists because of insurance coverage. She said sorry your bill is $2202. I told her that Metlife covered 80% she said no, they only cover 30%. I made a $400 payment that day. I went home upset at having insurance & not being able to use it. I called metlife & they did cover 80%. A week later Brenda sent a modified bill with the 80% coverege so I still ended up paying $1147.60. On my 2nd visit i got 1 crown, and the 2nd a front tooth did not fit, 2weeks later it was the wrong color, 2weeks later the color was good but it chipped after 2 days. By late May after rude assistants and a careless Dr I finally had a tooth.
