Dr. Pagan is one of the few doctors in PR that truly cares about his patients. He is always on top of your complaints, his Rx are very accurate, he is very approachable and friendly and he breathes the same air that we do. He gives you time, and you are never bashful about asking questions. If needed, his ego allows him to refer you to another doctor, and he will always follows thru. We are truly blessed to have found him.
