“The most INCOMPETENT staff I have ever dealt with”
The staff is incredibly unfriendly and incompetent. I ordered contact lenses from them and they told me they would arrive in 2 weeks. I went in after 3 weeks to pick them up, and they said they wouldn't be in for another week. I then canceled my order, but they never refunded the money I had already paid. Also, the optometrist rushes the eye exam and is unfriendly as well. Dealing with this office is frustrating, my advice is to find anywhere else in Lubbock to get your eyes checked.
