“I would not recommend Dr. Pate”

I would not recommend Dr. Pate. I have never had an exam like he gives and could not see a thing with the glasses. I was told to wear them to get used to them. Took them back and said, I could not see anything with them. He said the measurements were all wrong and redid those and showed me a couple more charts. I waited for another pair and finally called the insurance company, and was told they sent in the wrong prescription and had to redo it again. I still could not see well when those came in and told him I just wanted bifocals! The next pair came in and were not right, I took them and just walked out I was so frustrated. I think in all, I must have been back and forth there at least 7 times for just a pair of glasses.

“Pleasant Experience”

I was happily satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Pate. He was very professional and informative. I was surprised at all the new technology that is available now. In addition to the exam, they took pictures of my eyes and explained their finding. It’s amazing what you can see in your eye. I left his office feeling so much more informed about how the eye works and how blood vessels in your eyes can possibly predict the future. I would recommend him to anyone. I have already told my family and friends what a great experience I had.
