“Poor Service”
I am a natural childbirth mom and am losing my obgyn at 29 weeks....so on the hunt for a new obgyn. Called and set up interview to meet dr abrantes. Went to the appt and was treated VERY rudely. Had spoken to office twice before appt to clarify my intent and was NEVER informed that there would be a charge to meet the doctor and have 10-15 minutes of his time. When i got there, was asked to fill out medical forms...i explained i was only there for interview no medical advice, told 'they don't do that' and if i wanted any time w/ the doc it would be $75 & that was a discounted price! Had three of his office staff 'in my face'. I'm a business owner and would NEVER treat potential customers this rudely! Staff admitted the misunderstanding...wouldn't the right thing to do have been to give me the 10-15 minutes w/ him? POOR business people! Note: His office had wall paper pealing from the walls & furniture was dingy...unappealing front office. If any sign of the service: BEWARE
