It’s professional, kind, caring and nice. The staffs are helpful and thorough with instructions. Dr Lam is so nice and kind. He makes the process so comfortable and smooth even though you know your foot looked ugly, nasty and disgusting from swollen, cut, scratch, fluid coming out of it. But Dr Lam explain, diagnose, show how I should care for my foot and clean up very well. Also I found out he also practice in Ketchikan and Sitka on monthly bases. It’s good to know when I travel. Thanks again
